Service Description
Underestimate the quantity of items you're sending to Your Dorm Depot? Need an additional Container to hold the remainder of your items? We're flexible! In the event that you need to have more than an additional Container, your final invoice will be updated accordingly. Final payment must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery. Please note: adding an additional Container does not include an additional delivery. If you need an additional delivery of a Container(s), please also book an additional Campus Curbside Delivery
Cancellation Policy
Contract for services effective the date payment is made between Buyer (name listed under Customer invoice field) and Seller (Dorm Depot LLC dba Your Dorm Depot). Payment is due to Seller within 24 hours of invoice issuance. For Campus Curbside delivery, delivery date/time is not confirmed until payment is made. The delivery/date can be updated by the Buyer if exact date/time is unknown at the time of purchase; however, it is preferred that at least the date is provided at the time of purchase to ensure availibility. The price indicated on this invoice is based on the Buyer selection of individual, bundle, and/or add on services. If the number of items sent to Seller exceed the space available within the container(s) purchased, purchase of addtional containers (or add on services such as addtional oversized items) may be required. Seller will make best reasonable efforts to most economically fit the items within the purchased containers, of which Seller will provide photo evidence. If the items do not fit within the purchased container, the Seller will contact Buyer with the price for an appropriately sized container (or if addtional container is required). Seller provides no guarantee of the condition of products delivered to Seller by a 3rd Party (e.g. retailers, Amazon, Target, Walmart, etc.) as such responsibly lies with the 3rd Party. If any items are received damaged, the Seller will inform the Buyer and provide photo evidence. Seller will make best reasonable efforts to maintain the condition of the items sent to Seller by Buyer during possession and delivery including storage in secure, temperature controlled facility. Buyer agrees not to send Seller any items that are illegal or hazardous. The term of this Contract terminated upon completion of the services rendered, which is typically at the time Campus Curbside Delivery is completed.
