Plan and prepare your list of items you plan to send to Your Dorm Depot. We'll utilize the lists of your purchased items to inventory your items as we receive them!
Select and book Your Dorm Depot bundle below and add-ons such as laundry service and/or oversized items (rugs, headboard, printers - larger items that don't fit within the reusable containers).

Purchase + Ship to Dorm Depot
Purchase all your dorm necessities from any retailer such as Target, Amazon, Walmart.
When checking out with the retailer, ship to Your Dorm Depot’s address. Your items will be shipped from the retailer to our secure, insured, temperature-controlled location.

Receive, Inventory, Unbox, Organize into Containers
We receive, inventory, unbox (from the bulky shipping boxes), organize into reusable containers, and store your items prior to dorm move-in day.
We also receive, inventory, store oversized dorm items that are unable to fit within the reusable containers!
05.
Store Until Curbside Delivery on Move-in Day
On your dorm move-in day, we'll provide campus curbside delivery!
Bonus: The reusable containers are yours to keep and reuse!

Laundry Service
We'll wash, dry, fold new sheets, towels, other requested items requiring laundering so that those are all ready to go and included with campus curbside delivery on move-in day. No extra hassle of laundering at the dorm!
High quality, fragrance free, hypo-allergenic laundry detergent is used.
We're flexible! In the event that you need to have more than 1 normal load of laundry by Dorm Depot, your final invoice will be updated accordingly. Final payment must be made 24 hours prior to delivery.
Additional Container
Underestimate the quantity of items you're sending to Your Dorm Depot? Need an additional Container to hold the remainder of your items?
Add another Container for the remaining items!
We're flexible! In the event that you need to have more than an additional Container, your final invoice will be updated accordingly. Final payment must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery. Please note: adding an additional Container does not include an additional delivery. If you need an additional delivery of a Container(s) outside of your purchased Bundle, please also book an additional Campus Curbside Delivery.
Additional Oversized Dorm Item
Oversized Dorm Items are items such as rugs, headboards, small appliances like mini refrigerators, some fans, printers, computer equipment, etc. that cannot fit within the Your Dorm Depot containers. We'll receive, store, and delivery curbside with the rest of the items you sent to Your Dorm Depot!
We're flexible! In the event that you need to have more than 1 oversized item, your final invoice will be updated accordingly. Final payment must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery.
Additional Campus Curbside Delivery
Last minute rush? Did all your dorm items from retailers not arrive to Your Dorm Depot by your scheduled move-in date and need another Curbside Delivery?
No worries, we can still receive and deliver the remaining items!
We're flexible! In the event that you need to have an additional curbside delivery of straggler item(s), your final invoice will be updated accordingly. Final payment must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled additional curbside delivery.
In-Dorm Room Organization
1 hour of move-in day organization services
We're flexible! In the event that you need to have more than 1 hour of in-dorm room organization services, your final invoice will be updated accordingly. Final payment must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery or in the event the additional hour(s) are added on site, payment must be received at the time of service.

Avoid extra baggage fees from airlines! You won’t have to pack extra suitcases or incur weight fees from airlines.
Avoid double shipping charges! You won’t have to pay shipping cost for shipping items to your home and also shipping to university location. The only shipping cost you’ll pay for is the cost to ship to Dorm Depot’s location.
